Founded in 1996, the company has grown steadily over the years and now operates expansive workshops, warehouses, testing facilities, showrooms, and office spaces.
Through years of delivering premium products and services to distributors and retailers, Uni-Hosen® has expanded its sales to more than 40 countries, distributing millions of quality products worldwide. In addition, we maintain close partnerships with hundreds of factories, offering a diverse product mix at competitive prices.

Our Journey
Development History
Foundation
Uni-Hosen® was founded on March 19, 1996, by Mr. Ye Jingrong. Starting from a rented 220-square-foot office at RM610, Corpco Building, the company initially had no import-export authority, and all products were exported through state-run foreign trade companies. The tools packaging facilities were established at the same time.
ERP System Establishment
In May 1998, Uni-Hosen® moved to RM502-503, Building 32, Qingchunfang — a purchased estate of 2,500 square feet. At the same time, a customized ERP system was implemented.
Entry into the WTO Era
On April 19, 2002, following China's entry into the WTO, Uni-Hosen® was among the first eight private enterprises authorized with import-export rights. From that point on, the company was legally able to conduct direct business with domestic suppliers and overseas clients.
Growing Business
To accommodate its growing business, the operation relocated on November 26, 2005, to a 523,000-square-foot site encompassing over 441,000 square feet of buildings. This move represented a strategic integration of trading, R&D, and packaging.
Unihosen International Cambodia Established
Located in Southwest Cambodia, between Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City — areas where Chinese manufacturers have invested — the new facility sits just 8 miles from the local port, reducing freight costs across Southeast Asia. It presents an attractive opportunity in response to the growing demand for industrial investment.
